THE ENTREPRENEURIAL BOARDROOM

The leadership team you don't have to hire.

Four or five driven entrepreneurs. Ninety minutes a week. A facilitated agenda that turns your priorities into results.

Groups of four to five · By application · Fully facilitated

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for the founder carrying it alone.

This is you if

  • You're well past the hobby stage

  • You have no leadership team

  • Every decision routes through you

  • You've tried coaching and got vision without a plan

  • Stepping away would stall everything

This isn't you if

You already have a leadership team making decisions in their own areas. That work looks different, and consulting is the better fit.

See leadership team consulting.

INSIDE THE ROOM

Here is the actual agenda.

Structure is the whole point, so there is nothing to hide.

01

Wins

One personal, one professional. Trains leaders to notice what's working.

02

Bold Introductions

Who you are, what you lead, what matters most right now.

03

Scorecard Review

Your key metrics. Numbers don't lie.

04

IMPACT Goals Check-In

On track, off track, or needs discussion.

05

Review of Action Items

Last week's commitments. Done or pending.

06

Collaboration and Problem-Solving

Where the real value happens. Bring the roadblock to the room.

07

Captured Action Items

You leave with a specific plan for the week.

08

Rating and Feedback

A quick one to ten. The room holds its own standard.

09

Close with Encouragement and Commitment

Everyone leaves focused and confident.

Founder-led teams swap Bold Introductions for Calendar Review and Office Headlines. The rest stays intact.

The agenda is the easy part.

What makes it work is what happens inside it. Someone protecting the focus when the conversation drifts. Someone pushing when a goal is vague, and knowing when to stop pushing. And four people who see what you can't, because when you lead alone, you lead with blind spots.

The agenda sets the structure. The facilitator sets the standard.

Valerie Arbeau

Forever Home Consulting

"Working with Namron has been nothing short of life changing. She brings a level of wisdom and clarity, combined with real compassion, that is truly rare. The Boardroom gave me the opportunity to be part of a community of other solopreneurs, and having accountability and feedback as I built processes and developed ideas was invaluable. Namron supported me through some of the most challenging seasons of my life, not just as a coach, but as a caring and steady presence. Her belief in me helped me build essential systems for my business, launch my podcast, and finally complete my first book. Milestones I once only dreamed of."

Terry Travers

Founder, Cultivating Currents

"As a solopreneur, I didn’t realize how much I needed a space like this. The Boardroom has given me structure, focus, and a sense of strategic partnership I didn’t know I was missing. It feels like I finally have a team—people who challenge me, support me, and keep me moving forward. I no longer feel like I’m building my business in isolation, and that shift has changed everything."

Gena Peth

Founder, Informational Impact

"What makes Namron different is her ability to create a space where you feel both supported and stretched. The accountability in the Boardroom is unlike anything I've experienced. There's no hiding, and no judgement. Just honest conversations, clear next steps, and consistent progress. It's completely transformed how I show up in my business."

Sherry Lynn

Financial Consultant, Host of Cup of Hope Podcast

"Namron's Entrepreneurial Boardroom has brought the clarity, focus, accountability, and collaboration I desperately needed. Her structured system for planning and progress, along with weekly check-ins on wins, goals, and challenges, keeps me grounded and growing, because life isn't just business. Best of all? I finally have a space where all my big ideas, fast pivots, and entrepreneurial energy make total sense. It's been good for me, and a relief for my friends and family who've been my sounding board for years!"

Sereda Fowlkes

Bestselling Author & Health Coach

"I’ve invested in a lot of coaching programs over the years, and while they were motivating, they never gave me a real plan. I always walked away with a big vision and no clear next steps. Working with Namron changed that. Her structure helped me focus on the right activities each week and finally make measurable progress. It’s the first time I’ve truly felt in control of my business growth."

Rebecca C. Wilcox

Bestselling Author, Life Coach

"I joined thinking I needed help getting more done. What I actually needed was to stop trying to do everything. The Boardroom forced me to step back, look at my business differently, and decide what really deserved my attention. I'm more focused, I'm making better decisions, and I'm not carrying everything around in my head anymore. For the first time, I feel like I'm leading my business instead of just keeping up with it."

HOW TO JOIN

Three steps, about a week.

STEP ONE

Apply

A short form about your business and what you've been stuck on.

STEP TWO

Placement call

Twenty minutes so I can place you in the right room, not just any room.

STEP THREE

Onboard and start

A session to build your plan before your first meeting.

Groups form as seats fill, so timing depends on finding the right room for you.

QUESTIONS

The ones people actually ask.

What's the investment?

A seat is $7,000 for the year, or three payments of $2,500, plus a one-time $500 onboarding fee that covers your placement call, tools and dashboard setup, and a session to build your plan before your first meeting. Twelve-month commitment. Onboarding is never charged again.

What if I'm too busy for a weekly meeting?

Being too busy is the reason the room exists. Ninety minutes is the block that protects everything else, and members consistently say it's the only time they're working on the business instead of in it.

How is this different from group coaching?

Most coaching expands your vision without giving you a way to run it. You leave motivated, with a big picture and no clear next step, and by the following week the daily demands have taken over. The Boardroom is built around structure: a published agenda, weekly measurables, quarterly planning, and a room that notices when a commitment doesn't move. We do the clarity work too, then keep going until it turns into execution.

Isn't this just a mastermind?

Masterminds are genuinely good at what they do. You get energy, ideas, and perspective from people who understand what you're building. But ideas were never your problem. You already have more of them than you can execute. And when the meeting ends, you go back to carrying it all alone.

The Boardroom isn't a room you visit. It functions like a leadership team. Everyone is building something different, but you're in the same room every week, working the same rhythm, and reporting on the goals you set. They know your business almost as well as you do, and they expect progress on what you said mattered.

Who else will be in my group?

Four or five entrepreneurs at a similar stage, placed after a conversation rather than assigned at random. Different industries, different businesses, but the same weight on their shoulders. That's what makes the room work. They understand what you're carrying because they're carrying it too.

What happens if I miss a week?

Life happens, and the room keeps moving. You'll have access to the meeting agenda to see what was discussed and where everyone stands, and the private group channel is always open if you need something before the next meeting. Your goals stay on the board either way, and you'll pick them back up the following week.

What happens at the end of the year?

Most members continue with the same group, which is when it gets genuinely valuable. We'll talk at month nine to review the year and decide together.
